Business Development Executive – HNW Clients (Ashford)

The Role

The role will support the Senior Agent and Agent with driving new business sales and delivering against its sales targets, whilst ensuring that industry leading levels of customer retention are maintained through providing excellent levels of customer care.

As a Business Development Executive you will be expected to service a portfolio of commercial and High Net Worth clients, from offering all back office support such as broking, new business, renewals and add-ons, MTAs, along with any other relevant queries.

The Person

The ideal candidate will be highly ambitious with a proven track record of successful delivery within a commercially focused role, ideally within financial services. Candidates will be able to demonstrate experience of working in a customer-facing environment, delivering exceptional customer service. It is important that candidates are able to build strong, long-term relationships with both customers and colleagues and show integrity and commitment to their work.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £23,000.00-£28,000.00 per year + commission pay

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Education: A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

Business development: 2 years (preferred)
B2B sales: 2 years (preferred)
