Junior Sales Executive (Canterbury)

£25,000 + Commission (£28,000 OTE)

We are looking for a motivated New Business Sales Executive to join the team with a desire to progress and grow in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be critical in developing the performance and business growth of the financial services products including investments, pensions and ISA’s by building strong relationships with the current client base and prospective clients. 

Responsibilities:

  • Working on behalf of the business to generate new leads and cross sell opportunities for financial products and services
  • Identifying new business opportunities to support the growth of the financial services portfolio
  • Working with financial advisor to book sales appointments on their behalf
  • Deploying campaign contact strategies following monthly communications to customers
  • Working across the business to develop strong, lasting relationships with managers and team members

Person Specification

  • Track record of developing sales performance within a business
  • Experience of generating sales leads via the telephone
  • Have the ability to develop strong relationships over the phone
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Track record of working positively in a team based environment
