We get asked a lot of questions, some of which are easy to answer, others are a bit trickier. One thing we will never do is shy away from difficult questions even if it means it’s not going to get us your business – we are honest, always.
I was recently asked ‘When should I consider outsourcing my HR?’ and I could have answered that, but equally important as that question is ‘When should I actually be thinking about bringing it in-house?’. So here is my response to both of these questions…
